The Beauty Within

At heart I am a storyteller, working with earth merely a new easy to speak, When I start working with a piece of clay I listen, carefully. This piece was created from a thick slab made with clay dug in Delaware County. The shape it took in my hands and the final graceful form that was revealed through carving is the earth's story, what it asked to be. For holding food for loved ones or treasures from a walk in the woods... or sitting softly on display may it bring beauty within. Food safe
