Bio

Born and raised in Delaware, Brian is a middle school teacher who creates “robots” out of recycled objects in his spare time. Inspired by garage sale excursions with his mother and tinkering in the garage with his father, he started his initial artistic endeavor creating clocks, lamps and furniture over 15 years ago. While working, he flipped over a teapot one day and imagined the spout as a nose and the lid as a mouth and thereafter began his obsession with creating robot sculptures out of discarded objects. Instead of leaving old kitchen utensils, cameras, and various other items to rot in a landfill, Brian decided to offer them a second chance at life, by transforming them into Adoptabots, which he then places with collectors around the world through the Adoptabot orphanage.
